You can be assured that shopping with the Parkwood Gift Shop is safe! We’re a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by MasterCard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, for online orders.



How much does shipping cost?  

We’re happy to offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $100!(pre-tax)


Do you ship globally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time, but stay tuned as we hope to expand our borders soon!



The Parkwood Gift Shop is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered due to incorrect address, or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit. Packages that get returned to us because of an incorrect address can either be sent back at the customers expense or you can forfeit the package to us. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS SENT BACK TO US BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. 


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.



What is your return policy?

Oh no, we want to make this process easy for you, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily accept the return of unused or undamaged products within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, less the original shipping fee, as long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange them.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in brand new condition, with original packaging, tags attached and proof of purchase.
  • Grooming products, creams and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


How much does it cost to return an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping back your purchase for refund, which means you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. If you live locally you are welcome to make your return in person at our onsite Gift Shop! A return label for your local return centre will be included in your parcel.


Changes to my order

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our team will have already started processing your order.


Can I cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.


I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

1) Your order was never actually placed and processed.

2) You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailbox for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email or call us
