Chamomile is more than just a calming beverage to consume before bedtime, it is an herb that has been used globally since ancient times. Chamomile contains a variety of bioactive phytochemicals, most notably flavonoids which function as antioxidants. It also contains small amounts of minerals and vitamins, such as potassium, calcium, carotene and folate, among other nutrients.

Stir in 1 - 2 Tbsp of Chamomile Honey into warm water and unwind the natural way.  Enjoy a cup of Chamomile honey tea every night for a better sleep.
