Salt Spring Kitchen Company, proudly woman-owned, is located on Salt Spring Island in beautiful British Columbia.  All preserves and sauces are handmade in small batches with no preservatives.

The Everyday Sampler Collection is a short tour of Salt Spring's line in four 47ml jars.

Four flavours across sweet, savoury, and spicy, which makes it an easy way for you to find a favourite. 

Ingredients:

Apple & Fig Spread

Sugars (cane sugar, fig paste), apples (apples, ascorbic acid, salt, citric acid), chardonnay (sulphites), oranges, lemon juice, fennel, and vanilla. Contains: sulphites.

Charcuterie Mustard

Mustard seeds (yellow mustard seeds, brown mustard seeds), apple cider vinegar, water, sugars (golden yellow sugar, honey), ale (gluten), and sea salt. Contains: mustard, gluten.

Raspberry & Rose Spread

Raspberries, cane sugar, lemon juice, rose water, and pectin.

Hot Mango Spread

Cane sugar, mangoes, apple cider vinegar, jalapeños, pectin, habaneros, and lime juice.
