Founded in 2016, The Heritage Bee Company produces all natural, premium honey products. All of their honey is 100% Ontario wildflower honey, sourced from countryside properties that are far from industrial agriculture and free of pesticides, fungicides and herbicides.

The Heritage Bee searched for the world's best figs to pair with their 100% Ontario Wildflower honey.  The result?  California mission figs were the chosen for this versatile spread.  They added a splash of orange for a sophisticated and all-natural honey spread.   It can be used with cheese boards, salad dressings, roasting, and can be used as a filling for cake, pastries, & pies. Spread on fresh toast or bagels and combine with your favourite cheese. Great as a topping for ice cream.
