Established in 2015 by Alison Lilly, LillyPuds has reimagined the traditional Christmas pudding for contemporary palates. Drawing from a cherished family recipe, Alison sought to create a pudding that was rich in flavour yet lighter and less sugary than typical offerings. A traditional sticky toffee pudding made with the finest dates and blended with butter then finished with a sticky toffee sauce.
