Founded in 2016, The Heritage Bee Company produces all natural, premium honey products. All of their honey is 100% Ontario wildflower honey, sourced from countryside properties that are far from industrial agriculture and free of pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. 

This matcha is sourced and imported directly from Shizuoka, Japan.  The region is synonymous  with growing some of the world's best green tea.  This high quality matcha is harvested in the Spring (early stage 'flush') and is stone ground to a refined powder.   Matcha is an edible form of green tea that's been enjoyed in China and Japan for hundreds of years. The leaves are made into a powder and are far stronger than regular tea, so a little can go a long way. Matcha and honey can help boost immune systems and may lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and other wellness benefits associated with green tea.   Green tea contains antioxidants such as polyphenols and catechins which can help reduce cell damage and prevent aging.
