Thursday Cottage was founded by Kurt Künzli, a Swiss-Canadian-British entrepreneur, who
emphasized small-batch, handcrafted production methods. Today they continue to take great care in choosing the best ingredients and uses a variety of traditional and unusual fruits. All products are made in small batches and jars are filled by hand to ensure a hearty and fruity taste.

Currently unique to the Thursday Cottage brand in the preserves market, this fruity curd is a lovely vibrant alternative to the classic flavour curds.

You can certainly taste the difference between this Blood Orange Curd and a standard Orange Curd because of the sweetness the Blood Orange carries alongside its bitter notes.
