Thursday Cottage was founded by Kurt Künzli, a Swiss-Canadian-British entrepreneur, who
emphasized small-batch, handcrafted production methods. Today they continue to take great care in choosing the best ingredients and uses a variety of traditional and unusual fruits. All products are made in small batches and jars are filled by hand to ensure a hearty and fruity taste.
This vibrant curd is bursting with tart cherry flavour. Made with free-range eggs, pure butter and sour cherry juice. Wonderful when used as a tart filling or even spread over hot toast.
