Thursday Cottage was founded by Kurt Künzli, a Swiss-Canadian-British entrepreneur, who
emphasized small-batch, handcrafted production methods. Today they continue to take great care in choosing the best ingredients and uses a variety of traditional and unusual fruits. All products are made in small batches and jars are filled by hand to ensure a hearty and fruity taste.

A luscious blend of apple puree and muscovado sugar, this curd captures the essence of toffee apples. Ideal for autumnal desserts or as a spread.

Ingredients: Sugar, Pasteurised Free Range EGG, Pasteurised Free Range EGG yolk, Salted Butter (MILK, SALT), Apple Puree Concentrate (7%), Muscovado Sugar, Apple Powder (2%), Lemon Juice concentrate, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Gelling Aged Citrus Pectin, Natural Flavouring.
