These small batch tonic waters are made in Walter Gregor’s former parish of Pitsligo in Peathill, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. They are based on their remote and rural farm which stretches across rolling countryside to the shores of the Moray Firth.  There, they have built a modern bottling facility to make and bottle their hand crafted tonic waters and mixers.

Hand-made with natural quinine, citrus, and fresh mint, this tonic water has a unique salty note thanks to Walter Gregor's location on the scenic Moray coast.  Light and crisp with a soft bubble.
