This duo pairs Apple & Fig Spread, made with apples, figs, chardonnay, orange, fennel, and vanilla, with Winter Wonder Jam, Salt Spring's once-a-year blend of strawberries, cranberries, oranges, warm spices, and a splash of bourbon.

Ingredients:

Apple & Fig Spread

Sugars (cane sugar, fig paste), apples (apples, ascorbic acid, salt, citric acid), chardonnay (sulphites), oranges, lemon juice, fennel, and vanilla. Contains: sulphites.

Winter Wonder Jam

Cane sugar, strawberries, cranberries, bourbon, orange juice, pectin, and spices.
