We liken this to "mustard caviar". Made with Salt Spring Island Ales’ Heather Ale and nicely balanced with honey, it adds sophistication to your burger, sandwich, or charcuterie platter.
Best served with dry-cured meat, sharp hard cheeses, sausage, burgers, and salad dressing.
Ingredients:
Apple cider vinegar, water, yellow mustard seeds, brown sugar, Salt Spring Island Ales’ Heather Ale, black mustard seeds, honey, and sea salt. Contains mustard and barley.
