This spread opens as classic raspberry jam but delivers a spicy finish. Delicious. Pairs with fresh Chèvre, Brie, Camembert, Stilton, grilled cheese, nut butter, thumbprint cookies, chicken, and cocktails. Gorgeous flavour and colour in homemade sodas and cocktails.

Cane sugar, raspberries, apple cider vinegar, pectin, lime juice, and habaneros.
